POLICY FOR “WILL CALL” PATRONS (As of 11-21-2019) Guests must pick up unpaid Will Call tickets no later than 15 minutes prior to show time or the hold on those tickets will be released for sale to others who are on a waiting list. When a performance is sold out in the days leading up to that performance, patrons who call for tickets will be put on a waiting list and asked to come by the box office at least 20 minutes prior to the published curtain time. If Will Call patrons for general admission tickets have not picked up their tickets by 15 minutes prior to the show, those tickets may be sold to patrons on the waiting list - starting with the top name on the list, and present at the box office. POLICY FOR YOUNG CHILDREN
The Morehead Theatre Guild discourages attendance by children under the age of five as a courtesy to other patrons and the performers. Please note show information for additional information, as content varies per show. All patrons must have a ticket for admittance, and in all instances babes in arms are not permitted. Any person who disturbs the performance or other patrons will be asked to leave the auditorium without a refund issued. |
